譜圖出現直角峰和帶毛刺峰的原因

一、直角峰

1、氣相色譜分析儀輸出負信號超出了數據處理的範圍；

2、數據處理裝置零點未校正，或量程設置太大無法判斷基線位置；

3、數據處理裝置輸入信號極性接反，零點設置不對。

二、帶毛刺峰

1、儀器工作不穩定，噪聲大於要求；

2、數據處理裝置的判峰參數，半峰寬和斜率設置太小；

3、極化電壓（FID）不穩。
